Andrea Jove offers violin, viola, cello, and fiddle lessons at Hickory Arts in Hickory, NC. With a background in both performance and music industry studies, she helps students develop strong technique, musical expression, and confidence.

A Strong Musical Foundation
Andrea began her musical journey at the age of seven and has continued to develop as both a performer and educator. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Industry Studies from Appalachian State University, combining performance training with a broader understanding of the music world.
She is also trained in both the Mark O’Connor Method and the Suzuki Method, allowing her to adapt her teaching to a wide range of students and learning styles.
In addition to teaching, Andrea owns and operates Blue Ridge Violins, giving her hands-on experience with instruments, setup, and care that directly benefits her students.
