My Story
William’s passion for music began at an early age, influenced by his grandparents’ classic country band. He studied piano as a child before transitioning to guitar, eventually expanding into percussion, strings, and ensemble performance throughout middle and high school.
He later attended East Carolina University before transferring to East Tennessee State University to focus on jazz guitar and banjo. During this time, he performed with ensembles, taught private lessons, and studied with respected musicians, developing both his performance and teaching approach.
