Crabtree-O House Concert

Please join us on Saturday, April 9th for the next in this year’s series of Hickory Arts house concerts featuring Crabtree-O & Friends. Tickets (“donations,” if you prefer) are $20 and can be purchased online or at Hickory Arts. Please call ahead as we are appointment only. Only 40 seats available. Tickets will not be sold at the door. Doors open at 7:30 pm for an eat & greet with the artists. Performance begins at 8 pm. Clare, Tess, and Samantha Crabtree have been singing together for years. Their unique sister trio is known as “Crabtree-O.” After singing with their music teacher-mom and -dad at home, they started singing in their home church, at local and regional talent shows and as special guests at other churches and events. Clare and Tess are taking a big trip with their High School Chorus to New York City over Spring Break. All three girls have Summer Camps and Conferences coming up that have hundreds of dollars in combined registration fees and costs and Clare will be going to college in the fall! To help replenish funds already spent for some of these and to prepare for others, they are presenting a House Concert at Hickory Arts in Hickory, North Carolina where Samantha takes guitar. Crabtree-O will sing several selections, some of which will be accompanied by special guests. Samantha will share solo songs on guitar and all three will share special stories about being sisters. Additional donations can be made at gofundme.com/ycsw7dhg Hickory Arts House Concerts are very intimate. Volunteers to provide food (“pot luck,” if you prefer) for the performer(s) and guests is strongly encouraged. All proceeds always go directly to the artist(s). No membership or personal invitation required. *Additional donations to the artists are encouraged. Hickory Arts is the “un-studio”—a simple, custom, specialized, non-event-driven teaching & production studio dedicated to coaching performance artists from point A to point B. The studio is located at 720 Second Avenue SW, Hickory 28602 behind ITP and across from Hickory Optimist Park (where you’ll also find additional parking).
