The Versailles Affair

The Versailles Affair is a blast from the past combining Synth-Pop, New Wave, and Psych-Rock with modern production & influences such as vaporwave & trap to create music that aspires to make you dance & be happy.

"All Good Things" is about relationships, love, and personal upliftment from the forces of negativity. The album starts with "July;" a bouncy New Wave song about a past relationship and wanting to return to that time. Next is "Everything's Easy When You Don't Care;" a Synth-Pop song about not caring about what others think and "I Saw Her" a brain-melting Psychedelic Rock track that's basically "Jessie's Girl" if it was about a ghost. Finally, the record closes with "She's In Love;" a mix between an 80's ballad and a trap banger; about a girl who wants to climb to the stars, pass time, and make drawings of moonbeams.

This record was made to make people feel good in bad times and it definitely seems like the times are pretty bad, but music has always been a positive tool for change, not just for individuals, but the world as well. So dance your cares away and celebrate every day.
